Motion to Approve the award of a two-year Agreement for Roof Maintenance and Repair services to CJ Contracting, LLC in the annual amount not-to-exceed of $315,000.

Background:
On December 8, 2016, the City issued a solicitation for roof maintenance and repair services at various City buildings located in Delray Beach (ITB No.2017-022). Five bids were received from Advanced Roofing, Inc., CJ Contracting, LLC., Decktight Roofing Services, Inc., Hi-Tech Roofing & Sheetmetal, Inc., and Roofing Concepts Unlimited/Florida, Inc. The lowest bidder was CJ Contracting, LLC. Environmental Services Department is recommending award to CJ Contracting in an annual not-to-exceed amount of $315,000.
The schedule of pricing for the bid was based on historical data from the Public Works Division related to time and materials expenditures for roofing repairs and maintenance.
This recommendation complies with the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 36, Section 36.02 (A)(1), "Methods of Acquisition, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications and Requests for Letters of Interest".
