Motion to to approve Resolution 10-17 regarding the March 14, 2017 First Non-Partisan Election.

Background:
This resolution is per City Charter, Section 5.07 (A) and accompanies the Vote Processing Equipment Use and Elections Services Agreement with Ms. Susan Bucher, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, for conducting municipal elections. Resolution No. 10-17 provides the process for conducting the municipal election to be held on March 14, 2017, as well as establishes the City’s three member Canvassing Board.
