Motion to Approve Ordinance No. 15-17 on first reading to amend Section 4.6.9(E)(3) to revise the in lieu fee areas description to match the corresponding map and remove the fees to be adopted by resolution.

Background:
This City-initiated LDR amendment will amend Section 4.6.9 (E)(3) by changing the parking in lieu area descriptions to match the map, and to remove the fees from the Code and adopt the fees by resolution. This allows the fees, which are a policy consideration, to be adjusted from time to time without requiring a code amendment.
