Motion to Approve Ordinance No. 15-17 on second reading to amend Section 4.6.9(E)(3) to revise the in lieu fee areas description to match the corresponding map and remove the fees which are proposed to be adopted by resolution.

Background:
This City-initiated Land Development Regulation (LDR) amendment proposed to amend Section 4.6.9 (E)(3) by changing the parking in lieu area descriptions to match the in lieu fee area map, and to remove the fees from the Code and adopt the fees by resolution. This LDR Amendment allows the fees, which are a policy consideration, to be adjusted from time to time without requiring a code amendment.
