Body

Recommended Action:

Recommendation

Motion to Approve Resolution No. 27-17 establishing a schedule of in lieu fees for parking pursuant to the Land Development Regulations Section 4.6.9(E)(3).

Body

Background:

This City-initiated LDR amendment amended Section 4.6.9 (E)(3) by changing the parking in lieu area descriptions to match the map, and removing the fees from the Code and adopt the fees by resolution. This allows the fees, which are a policy consideration, to be adjusted from time to time without requiring a code amendment.

City Attorney Review:

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.

Finance Department Review:

Finance recommends approval.

Timing of Request:

The resolution should be considered after the adoption of the changes to Section 4.6.9(E)(3) removing the fees from the LDRs.
