Background:
Attached for approval is the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Delray Beach and the International Association of Firefighters, Inc. (IAFF). The parties have reached a three (3) year Collective Bargaining Agreement for the period beginning October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. The IAFF ratified the attached Collective Bargaining Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 7, 2017 56 yes, 1 no.
1. Salaries (Article 13)
FY 17/18 Total - $590,852.25
FY 18/19 Total - $779,331.51
FY 19/20 Total- $813,820.49
The Total Salary Proposal: $2,184,004.25
