Motion to Approve an Interagency Agreement between the Delray Beach Police Department and City of West Palm Beach to govern the storage and access to Criminal Justice Information and to share access to their respective Record Management Systems data for law enforcement purposes.

Background:
This Agreement will allow the Delray Beach Police Department to be entitled to use, through agents and employees of Delray Beach Police Department, the OSSI Switch-to -Switch interface for the Report Management System (the “Interface”) located at the West Palm Beach Police Department. In addition, the West Palm Beach Police Department to be entitled to use, through agents and employees of Delray Beach Police Department, the OSSI Switch-to-Switch interface for the Report Management System (the “Interface”) located at the Delray Beach Police Department.
