Motion to Accept a Sewer Main and Lift Station Easement granted by Delray Beach 4th & 5th Avenue, LLC.

Background:
The 4th & 5th Delray project (iPic) is a proposed 1.7 acre redevelopment on the former Chamber of Commerce and City Library site. The redevelopment will include a movie theater, retail space, offices, and a parking garage. The associated Martini Parcel of this redevelopment will include construction of a sanitary lift station and forcemain that will be owned and maintained by the City of Delray Beach (City). Therefore, a Sewer Main and Lift Station Easement is required to grant the City the right to maintain and operate the sanitary lift station and force main.

Timing of Request:
Easement deeds must be recorded with Palm Beach County prior to lift station and forcemain activation. Construction is anticipated to start August 2017.
