Background:
At the August 2, 2017 City of Delray Beach (City) Commission meeting, the City Commission requested staff to review the economic viability of the DDA's Parking Management Plan, which is attached. City Staff has conducted its analysis of the DDA's Plan which is also attached.
City Staff is seeking guidance from the City Commission as to what additional steps, if any, should be taken at this time.
