Resolution No. 67-17 adopts and includes the Vacant Land Contract between the City and 1107 SW 7^th Land Trust for property located at 1105R SW 7^th Avenue.  The cost of the purchase is $10,000.  The transaction has been advertised and is ready for approval by the City Commission.
