Background:
Resolution No. 66-17 adopts and includes the Vacant Land Contract between the City and Michael Mele for property located at 4652 133rd Road South. The cost of the purchase is $1,500,000. The City purchased the subject property in 2005 for $1,254,000. The transaction has been advertised and is ready for approval by the City Commission.
