Item A.                     Delray Square

Request:                     Master Development Plan Modification associated with the new construction of a 4950 square foot outbuilding for restaurant use, a reduction in the approved square footage for a two-tenant commercial outbuilding, the reconfiguration of approved tenant spaces, site improvements including parking, landscaping, and lighting, and two waivers to reduce the required landscape buffer and front setback requirements.

 

Board Action: Approved with conditions the Master Development Plan Modification on a 6 to 0 vote. Approved the waiver to LDR Section 4.4.9(F)(3)(d), Perimeter Buffers, to reduce the required landscape buffer from 30’ to 2’. Approved the waiver to LDR Section 4.4.9(F)(3)(f), Setbacks: Atlantic Avenue / Military Trail Frontage, to reduce the required landscape buffer from 30’ to 2’.

Request:                      Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of an existing non-contributing structure and construction of a new 2-story duplex structure.

 

Board Action: Approved with conditions the Certificate of Appropriateness on a 5 to 0 vote (Price Patton stepped down and Bill Bathurst absent).
