Background:
On October 6, 2016, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 32-16 creating a new Chapter 10. Flood Damage Control Districts and Coastal Construction. The title of this ordinance refereced the repeal and renumbering of the referenced sections, but the body of the ordinance did not effectuate this change. The proposed ordinance is a clean-up to formally remove these sections from the LDRs. The amendments also clean-up any associated references.
