The Radiation Therapy Center will be a 38,520 square foot, two story, stand-alone structure located east of the main hospital in an existing parking lot. As a result, an 8" water main and sewer connection are required and the respective water and sewer easements will grant access and maintenance rights to the City of Delray Beach.
