Motion to Ratify Amendment No. 1 with and approve Amendment No. 1 with STO Landscape Services, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $38,160.

Background:
On February 2, 2016 the City of Delray Beach issued Bid 2016-071-Annual Contract-Pompey Park (3) Ballfield Maintenance. The City received three (3) responses on February 23, 2016, From Elev8 Sports Institute Inc. JSM Services, Inc. and STO Landscape Services Inc. The City awarded the bid to the lowest priced vendor, STO Landscape Services Inc. The bid award was in accordance with the Code of Ordinances No. 29-13 and Sec. 36.02 Methods of Acquisition. On April 5, 2016, the City issued an agreement for service for one year to STO Landscape Services, Inc. (ITB No. 2016-071) effective through April 4, 2017 with the option to renew for two consecutive one-year terms.
The first renewal, effective April 4, 2017 through April 4, 2018, was not presented to Commission for approval; however STO Landscape Services, Inc. continued to provide services under the Agreement terms and conditions. The City and STO Landscape Services, Inc. have mutually agreed to exercise the second renewal option. Amendment 1 will renew the Agreement through April 4, 2018 in an amount not-to-exceed $38,160.
This recommendation complies with the City Code of Ordinances, Section 36.07 (A)(2), "Extensions".
