Background:
This proposed ordinance seeks to amend the section 3.03 of the City of Delray Beach Charter as it relates to the qualifying period for candidates in municipal elections. This Ordinance simply mirrors Ordinance 41-17 which amended section 34 of the Code of Ordinances and is necessary to ensure consistency between the City Charter and Ordinances.
