Background:
Resolution 11-18 adopts and includes the Vacant Land Contract between the City and William Bonner for property located at 316 SW 4th Avenue. The cost of the purchase is $46,000.
The subject property is a vacant lot located at 316 SW 4 Avenue, Delray Beach. The City obtained the property through a County Deed in 2015. The property was listed as a “surplus property” and the City has determined that it has no use for same. The property has significant liens filed by the State of Florida and the Seller has agreed to accept the property subject to same.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
The sale of the property would net the City $46,000 less the fee for the City’s broker.
