Motion to retroactively approve Amendment No. 1 with Academy Bus LLC to extend the Agreement from February 23, 2017 through February 22, 2019 for bus rental and driver service in an amount not-to-exceed $46,000.

Background:
On December 5, 2014 the City issued an Agreement for bus rental and driver service (ITB No 2015-10) effective through February 23, 2015 with two, one-year renewal options. The contract expired on February 23, 2017 however Academy Bus LLC continued to provide services under the Agreement terms and conditions. The company has agreed to extend the Agreement through February 22, 2019 in an amount not-to-exceed $46,000.
This motion is in accordance with the City Code of Ordinances, Section 36 and City Policies and Procedures, Change Orders and Amendments; Contracts must be amended in the same manner in which they were executed
