Motion to Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with STO Landscape Services, Inc.in an amount not-to-exceed $38,160 for Pompey Park Baseball Fields Maintenance.

Background:
On April 5, 2016 the City of Delray Beach (CIty) issued an Agreement with STO Landscape Services, Inc. for Pompey Park Three (3) Baseball Fields Maintenance (ITB No. 2016-071). The Agreement is effective through date. On October 17, 2017 City Commission approved Amendment No. 1 to renew the Agreement through April 4, 2018. The City and STO Landscape Services, Inc. have mutually agreed to exercise the second renewal option. Amendment 2 will renew the Agreement through April 4, 2019 in an amount not-to-exceed $38,160.
This motion is in accordance with the City Code of Ordinances, Section 36 and City Policies and Procedures, Change Orders and Amendments; Contracts must be amended in the same manner in which they were executed.
