Motion to approve Resolution 45-18 approving the Landscape Maintenance Agreement for the Martini Property associated with 4th and 5th Delray (aka IPic).

Background:
At its meeting of January 20, 2017, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board approved the Landscape Plan for the property associated with the Fourth and Fifth Delray project (IPic Movie Theater). As a condition of approval, Fourth and Fifth Delray was required to enter into a Landscape Maintenance agreement to maintain the landscaping in the right of way of S.E. 4th Avenue that was approved in the Landscape Plan.
