Motion to Approve and accept Sewer Easement Agreement for Proton Temporary Radiation Therapy at 5130 Linton Boulevard.
Body
Background:
The property owner of 5130 Linton Boulevard, Delray Medical Center, submitted Building Permit #17-172356 to construct a new commercial building.
The contractor is planning to relocate the City of Delray Beach’s (City) sewer main within the subject property. As a result, a utility easement is required for the new location of relocated water main. This temporary commercial building will be the temporary location of the Proton Radiation Therapy Facility while the main facility is under construction. There is no cost now or in the future for this item.
