Motion to Approve and accept Water Easement Agreement for Delray Health & Wellness at 2702 North Federal Highway

Background:
The property owner of 2702 North Federal Highway, Delray Health and Wellness, submitted Building Permit #17-171112 to construct a new commercial building.
The owner's contractor is planning to relocate the City of Delray Beach's (City) water main within the subject property. As a result, a utility easement is required for the new location of relocated water main. There is no City cost now or in the future for this item.
