Motion to approve and accept Water Easement Agreement for 355 Congress LLC at 355 North Congress Avenue
Body
Background:
The property owner of 355 North Congress Avenue, 355 Congress LLC, submitted Building Permit #17-173230 to construct a new commercial building.
The owner's contractor is planning to construct a new water main which will be turned over to the City of Delray Beach (City) within the subject property. As a result, a utility easement is required for the new location of the new water main. There is no City cost now or in the future for this item.
