Motion to Approve and accept Water Easement Agreement for First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach at 33 Gleason Street

 

Body

Background:

The property owner of 33 Gleason Street, 355 Congress LLC, submitted Building Permit #17-167786 to construct improvements to the church.

 

The owner's contractor is has constructed new water and sewer mains which will be turned over to the City of Delray Beach (City) within the subject property. As a result, a utility easement is required for the new location of the new water and sewer mains.   There is no City cost now or in the future for this item.
