Background:

Section 2.4.7(E), Appeals, of the Land Development Regulations applies. This is the method of informing the City of Delray Beach (“City”) City Commission of the land use actions which may be appealed to the City Commission.

 

During the specified period, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) considered the project noted below. For the item below, a project report including the Board Staff Report is attached. No other Boards took action on any appealable applications during this period.

Item A.                     Delray Beach Plaza, 660 West Linton Blvd.

Request:                      Consideration of a Class III Site Plan Modification for revisions to an approved Class IV Site Plan Modification from 2017; revisions include increasing the square footage of Building 100 (grocery store), decreasing the square footage of Building 200, and associated elevation modifications and site improvements including parking and landscaping.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 6 to 0 vote. 

 

Item B.                     Delray Collision Center, 1475 SW 4th Ave.

Request:                      Consideration of a Class V site plan, landscape plan, and architectural elevations associated with the construction of a 28,000 automotive repair center.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
