Background:

Section 2.4.7(E), Appeals, of the Land Development Regulations applies. This is the method of informing the City of Delray Beach (“City”) City Commission of the land use actions which may be appealed to the City Commission.

 

During the specified period, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) and the Historic Preservation Board (HPB) considered the project noted below. For the item below, a project report including the Board Staff Report is attached. No other Boards took action on any appealable applications during this period.

Item A.                     Delray Estuary, 1550 Estuary Trail

Request:                      Consideration of a color change from beige and green shutters to Pure White, Dover White, Fawn Brindle and Black Fox.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 5 to 0 vote. 

 

Item B.                     110 Building, 110 E. Atlantic Avenue

Request:                      Consideration of an amendment to the Master Sign Program for the 110 Building to include a sign over the west side office entrance.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 5 to 0 vote.  

 

Item C.                     Delray Verana, 1495 Spring Harbor Drive

Request:                      Consideration of an Class III Site Plan Modification, Landscape Plan and Architectural Elevations for Delray Verana.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 5 to 0 vote.

Request:                      Consideration of Architectural Elevations and Certificate of Appropriateness for alterations to the elevations for Phase II of the approved project known as Hyatt Place associated with the construction of 22,166 square foot office building.
