Motion to approve the purchase agreement to continue services provided by Granicus.

Background:
This Amendment No. 1 retroactively extends the Agreement, under the same terms and conditions, for the period of June 26, 2016 through June 25, 2018 for an annual not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Three Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty U.S. Dollars ($33,840.)
On May 20, 2015, the City Commission awarded a one (1) year agreement with Granicus for Video/Audio Streaming, paperless Agenda, Civic Engagement, File Conversion services, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. The term of the Agreement expired on June 25, 2016. However, Granicus has continued to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and the City desires to continue to procure these products and services from them and exercise the option to renew the Agreement through June 25, 2018.

Funding Source/Financial Impact:
Funding available in the Information Technology Account Number 001-16-000-516.46-40.
Timing of Request:
Timing is of great importance as outstanding invoices are due to be paid.
