Title
PAINT-UP & SIGNAGE PROGRAM FUNDING ASSISTANCE APPLICATION - ROBES LAW GROUP, PLLC (117 NE 5TH AVENUE)

Body
Recommended Action:
Recommendation
Approve funding under the Paint-Up & Signage Program for Robes Law Group, PLLC for the proposed exterior signage improvement project located at 117 NE 5th Avenue, for an amount not to exceed $4,271.68.

Body
Background:
Mr. Thomas Robes is the owner and principle attorney at Robes Law Group, PLLC. The firm provides legal services for personal injury clients in the 4,750 square-foot office space located at 117 NE 5th Avenue, in Sub-Area #2 of the CRA District. To help with the cost of the project, Robes Law Group, PLLC has applied for the Paint-Up & Signage Program, which funds 50% of the cost of eligible exterior painting and signage improvements to commercial buildings and multifamily properties within the CRA District, up to $5,000.

As required by program guidelines, the applicant has submitted two bids for their proposed sign, the lower of which estimates a project cost of $8,543.36. As such, the law firm is eligible for an award amount not to exceed $4,271.68. If approved, the CRA may pay the sign company directly after the project is complete, upon verifying that the Robes Law G...
