Motion to Ratify actions approved by the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board (Board) at their Meeting of May 21, 2018.

At its Quarterly Annual Meeting of May 21, 2018, the Board met and by a vote of 5-0 gave authorization to establish the wastewater user rate at $1.09/1,000 GAL to the City of Delray Beach and the City of Boynton Beach for FY 2018/2019. The Board also gave authorization to maintain the reclaim user rate at $0.17/1,000 GAL to the City of Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and South Central Regional consumers for FY 2018/2019. The Board authorized the CIP and associated funding plan for FY 2018/2019 and voted to accept the 2018/2019 Wastewater and Reclaim O&M Budgets.
These Board actions are being presented to the City of Delray Beach for ratification.
