Motion to adopt Resolution No. 28-18 assessing costs for abatement action required to remove nuisances on nine (9) properties throughout the City.
Body
Background:
This action is ministerial in nature and places liens on the listed properties in accordance with Chapter 100 of the Delray Beach Municipal Code of Ordinance for the cost of abating nuisances as detailed below. The resolution sets forth the actual costs incurred and provides the mechanism to attach liens against the properties in the event the assessments remain unpaid.
Nuisance Sited:
Mowed property, removed trash, litter and debris on six (6) properties.
Mowed property, removed trash, litter, debris, and trimmed overgrown vegetation on three (3) properties.
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
