Motion to approve nomination for appointment for one (1) regular member to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Firefighters' Retirement System Board for an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.

Background:
There is a vacancy for a regular member to serve on the Firefighters’ Retirement System Board due to the resignation of Mr. Donald Uderitz. This term is unexpired ending October 4, 2020. Nomination for appointment is needed for one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.
In accordance with Ordinance 17-16 of the City Code, the City Commission appoints two (2) public members to the Board of Trustees. All members must be a resident of the City of Delray Beach. All appointees must take an oath of office.
The following individuals have submitted applications and would like to be nominated for appointment:

A check for code violations and/or municipal liens was conducted. None were found. Voter registration verification was completed, and all are registered.
Based on the rotation system, the nomination for appointment will be made by Commissioner Boylston (Seat #3) for one (1) regular member to serve an unexpired term ending October 4, 2020.
