Background:

Consideration of Quit Claim Deed and Resolution for Wallace Ford Replat.

 

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has proposed improvements at the State Road #9 (I-95) and Linton Blvd. Interchange. The city’s interest of land (Parcel “B”) as depicted in Exhibit “A” owned by the City of Delray Beach (City) will be acquired by the FDOT for transportation purposes as per the attached Resolution.

 

There is no City cost now or in the future for this item.
