A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, approving the designation of the City of Delray Beach as a Welcoming City.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach celebrates its cultural diversity and ackonwledges the positive contributions of our foreign born residents. The City wishes to promote use of its services by all of its residents who are elgible to receive them. Individuals should know that they may seek assistance of City agencies regardless of race, color, gender and ethinicity, religiion, sexual orientation , age, sexual identify or socio-economic status.
