UPDATE - FY 2018-19 CRA WORK PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
Body
Background:
Subsequent to the CRA Board’s adoption of the FY 2018-19 CRA Work Plan and Budget, CRA and City staff met to discuss implementation of the Capital Improvement Program Projects (“CIP”) for this fiscal year. The City’s CIP Projects within the CRA District are managed by City Staff and funded partially or completely by CRA TIF funds. In this instance, the CRA agreed to assist with managing certain CIP projects to facilitate the implementation of projects this fiscal year. The following is a breakdown of the projects that will be managed by City or CRA.
