Background:
Section 2.4.7(E), Appeals, of the Land Development Regulations applies. This is the method of informing the City of Delray Beach (“City”) City Commission of the land use actions which may be appealed to the City Commission.
During the specified period, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) considered the project noted below. For the item below, a project report including the Board Staff Report is attached. No other Boards took action on any appealable applications during this period.

Request: Consideration of a Class I Site Plan Modification associated with architectural elevation changes to construct an extended elevator lobby, elevator and stairs to access an addition of an accessible roof deck.
Board Action: Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.
Item B. Delray Visitor Center, 2 S Ocean Blvd
Request: Consideration of a Class I Site Plan Modification associated with color changes from green to a green and white color scheme for the roof and material changes that match the pavilions and lifeguard stands located at the beach.
Board Action: Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.
Item C. Delray Beach Plaza, 660 W. Linton Blvd
Request: Consideration of a Class I Site Plan Modification associated with minor building elevation changes to Building 100 and 900.
