Motion to approve Resolution No. 154-18, recognizing and commending Jasmin Allen, Senior Planner, for nearly 35 years of dedicated service to the City of Delray Beach.

Background:
Jasmin Allen has served the City of Delray Beach with distinction since she was hired as a Planning Technician in 1984. She has been promoted several levels since then to Senior Planner and has received numerous commendations, including a SPIRIT award and Employee of the Month in November 2016. Jasmin embodies the highest level of professionalism, respect, ethics, and kindness - she will be deeply missed by her colleagues and customers as she retires.
