WORK ASSIGNMENT UPDATE - SYNALOVSKI ROMANIK SAYE, LLC - 98 NW 5TH AVENUE RENOVATION

Background:
At the November 11, 2018 CRA Board Meeting (“Meeting”), the Board approved a Work Assignment with Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC (“Consultant”) to provide architectural designs to renovate 98 NW 5th Avenue (“Property”), a 7,076 sq. ft., two-story mixed-use residential and commercial building (built in 1972) to be renovated to accommodate commercial uses on both floors.
On December 7, 2018, the CRA issued a Notice to Proceed for the Consultant to proceed with the architectural designs.
The Consultant will give a brief presentation to the Board, including the status of the conceptual design, to obtain feedback and direction. Once the conceptual plan phase is complete, the architects will proceed to construction drawings.
