City staff will provide the City Commission with an overview of the udpated CIP process improvements and seek policy guidance on the following projects:
1) American Legion Building
2) Municipal Cemetery
3) Veteran's Park Pickleball Courts
4) Historic Train Depot

Funding Source/Financial Impact:
Financial impacts varies for the American Legion Building, Municipal Cemetery, Veteran's Park Pickleball Courts and Historic Train Depot, depending on direction provided by the City Commission.
Timing of Request:
CIP projects and funding may be affected based on direction given by the City Commission during the workshop.
