Motion to approve Resolutions 40-19 and 41-19 and award of agreements to Pro-Global Pressure Cleaning Service by Jackie and Total Pressure Cleaning Service, at an estimated cost of $120,000 and authorize the City Manager to approve renewal options, in the same amounts, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
In an effort to support the Clean City Initiative, the Delray Beach CRA allocated $120,000 to pressure wash all areas of need in the Downtown/Clean and Safe District. This will bring forth a clean and sanitary look to the areas as well as to support the maintenance and upkeep to the Downtown area.
On January 8, 2019, the City of Delray Beach (City) issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2019-17 for Pressure Cleaning Services. The City received responses from eight (8) vendors, Bel Air Maintenance, Inc, D&P Pressure Cleaning Service, Pro Global Pressure Cleaning Services By Jackie, RAZORBACK LLC, Santana Pressure Cleaning Services, Inc, Sunshine Cleaning Systems Inc, TDM1000LLC, Total Pressure Cleaning Services.The two (2) lowest bids were submitted by Pro-Global Pressure Clean Service by Jackie and Total Pressure Service.
On January 10, 2019, staff met with the two (2) lowest bidders. Staff was satisfied with both vendors level of commitment, their commercial grade equipment and the demonstration provided by each company.
