Background:

Section 2.4.7(E), Appeals, of the Land Development Regulations applies. This is the method of informing the City of Delray Beach (“City”) City Commission of the land use actions which may be appealed to the City Commission.

 

During the specified period, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) considered the project noted below. For the item below, a project report including the Board Staff Report is attached. No other Boards took actions on any appealable applications during this period.

Item A.                     St. Vincent Ferrer, 810 George Bush Blvd.

Request:                      Consideration of a color change from Butte Rock and Potters Clay to Delicate White and Oceania.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.  

 

Item B.                     Fourth and Fifth, 50 SE 5th Avenue

Request:                      Consideration of an amendment to the Master Sign Program for the IPIC and Fourth and Fifth building.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.  

 

Item C.                     The Wineroom, 411 E. Atlantic Avenue

Request:                      Consideration of an amendment to the Blanket Sign Program.

Request:                      Consideration of a Class I Site Plan Modification associated with a mural on the north and south elevations.

Request:                      Consideration of a Class III Site Plan Modification associated with building use conversions, expansion of parking lot, site improvements, and architectural elevation changes.

Board Action:                     Approved on a 5 to 0 vote.   

 

Item G.                     Taco Bell - Delray Commons, 5070 W. Atlantic Ave.  

Request:                      Consideration of a Class IV Site Plan Modification associated with the construction of a restaurant with drive-thru, site improvements, architectural elevations and a mural. 

Board Action:                     Approved on a 6 to 0 vote.
