Background:

Florida Highwaymen is a group of twenty-six African American artists; twenty-five men and one woman. Florida Highwaymen members Curtis Arnett; R.L. Lewis; Isaac Knight, and Willie Reagan will be coming to the City of Delray Beach for pop up exhibits, living painting, and a panel discussion on Saturday, February 23^rd and Sunday, February 24^th.
