Motion to approve Resolution No. 54-19 for Lien Serch Services with Orange Lien Data, LLC and award a revenue Agreement and to authorize the City Manager to exercise any and all options to renew.

Background:
On December 18, 2018, the City of Delray Beach (City) Purchasing issued ITB 2018-016 for Lien Search Services for the City Clerk's Office. One proposal was received from Orange Lien Data Services, LLC. After review and evaluation of the proposal, Orange Lien Data Services, LLC has been deemed the responsive and responsible vendor recommended for award. The term of the contract will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional two, one-year periods.
While keeping in mind that the mission of the City of Delray Beach is to foster an authentic and inspiring community that celebrates our history while building towards the future, the City Clerk's Office is focused on the priority to create a City organization of excellence by leveraging technology and promoting innovation that improves government processes, provides self-service portals for customers and residents and leads to greater efficiency.
This motion is in accordance with the City Code of Ordinances, Section 36 and City Policies and Procedures
City Attorney Review:
Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
Account Number 001-00-000.341-340 - General Certification Copy & Record will continue to be used for funds generated from future lien searches.
