Recommendation
Provide direction to the City Attorney concerning changes to the Rules of Procedure as well as the Quasi-Judicial Rules.

Background:
Each year, the City Commission is tasked with approving its Rules of Procedure and, if necessary, its Procedures for Quasi-Judicial Hearings. Recently, the Commission has expressed a desire to amend Section IV of its Rules of Procedure concerning the City Manager/City Attorney Annual Review. Some options for the Commission to consider would be the following:
-- No change (review done in the month of June)
-- Conduct the annual review on the anniversary date of the Agreement for each position;
-- Conduct the annual review at the Organizational Meeting.
Upon direction provided by the Commission at the Organizational Meeting, the local rules will be amended along with any other changes so desired.
