Background:
The City of Delray Beach engaged the Florida International University Metropolitan Center to perform its first-ever Competitive Assessment and Cluster Strategies Study to suggest key strategies for the City’s short and long-term economic development planning processes. The study assesses Delray Beach’s competitive position, its economic strengths and opportunities, its most competitive industry clusters and industries and recommends those that are the City’s best development targets with strategies addressing the sustained growth of the Delray Beach economy.
The presentation will confer study highpoints and recommendations for proposed strategies to advance the City’s economic development program and efforts.
