Motion to approve Easement Agreement for Atlantic Crossing.

Background:
As part of the Atlantic Crossing project, the SCRWTD’s ocean outfall pipe must be relocated. This easement agreement is required to relocate the SCRWTD’s outfall pipe through Veteran’s Park.

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.

Timing of Request:
The easement agreement must be approved by the City Commission and recorded in order to avoid further delays in the project.
