Approve the Revised First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19.

Background:
At the March 12, 2019 CRA Board Meeting, the Board approved the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Delray Beach for funding of Construction/Professional Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19 (“ILA Amendment”) to include the following projects: 1) S. Swinton Avenue and SW/SE 1st Street Mast Arm Traffic Signal Project and 2) remaining sections of the CRA Sidewalk Project located at NW 6th Avenue (From Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. to NW 3rd St.), and NW 8th Avenue (From NW 1st St. to Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr).
The amount of funding for the remaining sections of the CRA Sidewalk Project was not included in the ILA Amendment, however, it is necessary to include funding in the amendment in an amount not to exceed $45,000. The CRA Sidewalk Project was originally included in the FY 15-16 ILA. The total project cost was $330,011.41 and the budget amount will not be exceeded to complete the project.
Subsequent to the Meeting, the CRA received a request from the City to fund the repairs to the Old School Square Garage elevator in an amount not to exceed $340,000. This project is also included in the ILA Amendment and will be included in the CRA Budget in a subsequent budget amendment.
The City Commission has not taken action on the First Amendment to the ILA; therefore, this update incorporates the Mast Arm Project, the CRA Sidewalk Project, and the Old School Square Garage Elevator Project.
The adopted FY 2018-19 CRA Work Plan will be changed accordingly.
