Title

APPROVAL OF THE PUBLIC ART ADVISORY BOARD BYLAWS ESTABLISHING THE RULES OF PROCEDURES

Body

Recommended Action:

Recommendation

Motion to approve the Public Art Advisory Board Bylaws as presented establishing the rules of procedures.

Body

Background:

On January 28, 2019 the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB) reviewed the Rules of Procedures and made a motion, with a second, to approve the rules as presented with the addition/clarification of the required Ethics Training. At the February 25, 2019 PAAB meeting, the attached rules were again presented (same rules as presented in January) and Parks and Recreation representative Suzanne Fisher explained to the board that Article III, Section 8 includes the required training as noted by the board at the January meeting. This clarification was provided by the City Attroney upon the request of Ms. Fisher. PAAB Chairwoman Tonya Akins signed the attached Rules of Procedure as approved by the board at their January 28, 2019 meeting.
