Consider acceptance of a Utility Easement Agreement at 2605 S. Federal Hwy.
In December 2018, the owner (Grieco Motors LLC.) submitted building permit #18-179838 to improve an existing commercial building.
The site design will have newly constructed water mains which will be turned over to the City of Delray Beach (City) within the subject property. As a result, a utility easement is required for the new location of the new water main, fire hydrant, and valves. There is no City cost now or in the future for this item.
