Motion to approve Resolution No.94-19 for Industrial Painting Services from J & J, Inc. d/b/a Eagle Painting utilizing The City of Fort Lauderdale Contract No. 12194-593 - $100,000 and authorize the City Manager to approve renewal options, in the amounts below, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
On November 20, 2018 the City of Fort Lauderdale awarded an agreement to J & J, Inc. d/b/a Eagle Painting for Industrial Painting Services. The agreement is valid through November 19, 2020 with two, one-year renewal options.
The City of Delray Beach (City) has a diverse array of industrial painting requirements. In particular, the City is looking for the contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals required to paint various buildings, lift stations, pump stations, piping and other structures throughout the City on an as needed basis. Painting will include all exterior or interior surfaces, exposed miscellaneous metal, pipe fittings, supports, valves, and equipment.
Should the City exercise the renewal options provided in the contract, the cumulative contract value is provided below.
