Motion to approve Resolution No. 87-19 and to award an agreement with Earthly Designs and Resources Inc. DBA Mobile Lawn Service for stormwater retention areas and landscaping maintenance for a total agreement value not-to-exceed $97,906 and authorize the City Manager to approve renewal options, in the same amounts, contingent upon appropriation of funds.

Background:
The City of Delray Beach (City) issued ITB 2019-004 to maintain fifteen (15) stormwater retention areas and landscape maintenance which consist of approximately 10.46 acres throughout the City. Responses were received from ADSF, LLC and Earthly Designs and Resources Inc. DBA Mobile Lawn Service. The scope of work requires the awarded firm to trim, mow, and edge the retention areas. City Staff reviewed the required documents by the two proposers and recommend that the low bidder, Earthly Designs and Resources Inc. be awarded the contract in a not to exceed amount of $97,906. The contract is for one year with two one year renewal options. Should the City exercise all renewal options provided in the agreement, the cumulative agreement value is priced below.
